From this moment on, you are authorized — in fact, encouraged — to place on the ground every burden that is not yours. Imagine your shoulders… can you feel them? Are they tense, raised, as if holding not just your body, but the worries of everyone around you? The expectations of others. The problems you didn’t create but took on as your own. The weight of being strong for everyone — except yourself.
Take a deep breath now. Feel the air slowly entering your lungs. And as you exhale, allow your shoulders to naturally drop. This is not laziness. This is not selfishness. This is emotional survival. It’s recognizing that you are a human being, not Atlas holding the entire world on your back.
Notice this moment: you are sitting or standing, but for a few seconds, you are simply existing. You are not solving anyone’s problems. You are not being strong for someone. You are not carrying the weight of decisions others should be making. You are simply… here. Breathing. Being yourself, without the armor of endless responsibilities.
